Sauber C22 Petronas
Diffusers are rarely photographed, but this year has seen almost all the team adopt the same design. Sauber seemed to be the odd one out with their low line middle tunnel, the layout it is in fact just the same as everyone else’s but without the sidewalls between the upper and lower ramps of the centre tunnel, they have tested version with sidewalls. what is unusual for Sauber is the lower central ramp does not suck air from under the car\plank, but instead the front of the ramp is raised to create a slot to pull air from the side channels.![]() |
